Synopsis: The Nations Capital and its new President, a one time self professed white raciest is relocated to New Chicago after years of crime and destruction, the President supports a new drug solely created to raise the psychic consiciousness of people of color, but his actions are all a devious diabolical plot which would have succeeded if the one person he loved the most had not been its prey and his ultimate nemesis.
