What is the TriggerStreet.com Short Story format?

Since there is no standard format for Short Stories, we've created our own guidelines for Short Story format. Page size should be standard US letter size (8.5"x11") and margins should be .75" to 1" on the left, right, top and bottom. All pages of a Short Story should be numbered. As your stories are going to be reviewed by others on the quality of your writing, not on your ability as a graphic designer, publisher, etc., do not use pictures, graphics, or flashy fonts. Fonts should be 12pt size in one of the three following common styles: Arial, Times New Roman, or Helvetica. Lastly, all Short Stories should be double-spaced, and should contain no less than 2 pages (approx 500 words at 250 words per page) and no more than 50 pages (approx 12,500 words at 250 words per page).
